Pre Primary (Lower Kindergarten & Upper Kindergarten)

Our Early Learning School offers a nurturing, joyful, and morally enriching environment for children aged 3 to 5 years.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our early childhood program blends play-based learning, sensory exploration, and faith-inspired routines. Children are gently introduced to:
- Early numeracy and literacy (English & Arabic)
- Social-emotional development
- Creativity through art, music, and role-play
- Outdoor discovery and skills
- Islamic values like kindness, gratitude, and sharing

Junior School (Year 1–6)
Building the Foundations of Knowledge and Character
In the Junior School, we lay the academic and moral foundation that will support lifelong growth. Our curriculum from Grades 1 to 5 focuses on core knowledge, critical thinking, and moral identity, helping each child become a confident learner and a responsible young Muslim.
Students engage in:
- Cambridge Primary core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Global Perspectives
- Italian language for local integration
- Art, ICT, Physical Education, and Qur’anic recitation and memorization
- Arabic Language & Islamic Studies (Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Quran)
Our inquiry-based approach encourages students to ask questions, investigate, and reflect—while being nurtured with positive reinforcement and character education aligned with religious teachings.
Lower Secondary School (Grades 7–9)
Developing Identity, Curiosity, and Responsibility
The Middle School years are a time of transformation—when students begin to form deeper understandings of the world and themselves. At MIS Rome, Grades 6 to 8 are designed to bridge childhood with early adolescence, providing both academic challenge and emotional support.

Secondary School (Grades 10-11)

The Senior School marks the culmination of our academic program, where students begin to shape their future paths with clarity, independence, and a deep sense of responsibility. Our Grade 9 and 10 curriculum is built around the Cambridge IGCSE framework, one of the world’s most respected qualifications for secondary students.
